Do you ship outside the Netherlands?
Yes — we deliver across the EU. NL orders placed before 4 PM ship same day; EU delivery typically takes 2–4 working days.
Can I return a part if it doesn't fit?
You have 30 days to return any unused, unopened part for a full refund. Opened components are covered by the standard 2-year warranty instead.
Do you build custom PCs to order?
Yes. Tell us your budget and use-case on the contact page and a technician will send a parts list within one working day.
Is in-store pickup available?
Our Utrecht showroom offers same-day pickup on orders placed before 2 PM, subject to stock.
